Dorrien has more than 12 years of experience in the appraisal industry specializing in right of way appraisal.  She has researched for and produced right of way appraisals involving both fee and easement acquisitions including highways, pipelines, electric transmission lines, sewer and water lines, FAA noise mitigation projects, aerial rights, prescriptive easements, and public utility easements throughout the state of Texas.  Dorrien has performed various real estate appraisal functions including sales research, property inspections, report writing, market studies and paired sales analysis.  Her diverse background has included appraisal of all types of commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and agricultural properties.  The scope of the appraisal work in which she has performed includes office buildings, retail properties, restaurants, gas stations/convenience stores, automotive facilities, industrial warehouses, churches, single family and multifamily residences, agricultural properties, billboards, telephone switching station, and vacant land.  In addition, Dorrien has more than twenty years of professional experience in banking, retail, human resources and training industries as a manager and consultant.
