Angel Valuation Services specializes in right of way valuation, consulting and litigation support. With offices in the Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, College Station, and Austin areas, we have worked on right-of-way projects across Texas and we have alignments and capabilities for nationwide work.

We have experience with all types of right of way valuation and have worked on various types of projects for public agencies, pipeline companies, and utility companies. We are able to contract directly with clients or through service companies. We work closely with many acquisition companies, and we strive to provide good communication with service providers, to address landowner concerns in our appraisals and provide appraisals in a timely manner in order to facilitate quick offers.
Government and Public Agencies
Pipeline Industry
We have produced hundreds of appraisals for numerous agencies for highway projects, roadway projects, utility projects, and property disposition. In addition, we have provided appraisal review, consulting and expert witness testimony services. We have appraised fee acquisitions, permanent easements, temporary construction easements and access rights.
We have performed Market Studies with sales data and value ranges for pipeline projects as well as Impact Studies to determine possible impact, if any, of the project on adjacent property. We have appraised both permanent and temporary construction easements as well as provided expert witness testimony.
Utilities
We have provided valuation services for various types of utility project including electric transmission lines, sewer lines and water lines. Our firm has prepared Market Studies which analyzed sales data in order to estimate value ranges for the tracts across the entire project. Additionally, we have performed Impact Studies to determine possible impact, if any, of the project on the remainder parcels. We have appraised both permanent and temporary construction easements as well as provided expert witness testimony. In addition, we have valued permanent easements overlapping existing transmission line easements.
