Current Responsibilities

Courtney Ferreira is a Staff Appraiser at Angel Valuation Services, LP, a real estate appraisal firm specializing in right of way valuation, consulting, and litigation support with offices in College Station, Spring, and Frisco, Texas. Mrs. Ferreira assists with appraisals of all types of properties. Work is performed in conformance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Appraisal Institute, and state and federal guidelines. 

Experience

Mrs. Ferreira is a trainee in the appraisal industry specializing in right of way appraisal. She assists with and produces right of way appraisals involving both fee and easement acquisitions including highways, public utility easements and pipelines. Mrs. Ferreira has assisted with various real estate appraisal functions including sales research, property inspections, report writing, market studies and impact studies. Mrs. Ferreira assists with appraisal of all types of commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and agricultural properties. The scope of her appraisal work includes office buildings, retail properties, hotels/motels, gas stations/convenience stores, automotive facilities, office/warehouses, self-storage facilities, churches, single family residences, duplexes, multi-family apartment complexes, railroad corridors, residential lots, healthcare facilities, agricultural, and vacant land. 

Education

Texas A&M University - Commerce, Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences, Cum Laude 
Ongoing education to work towards the state certified general certification; and continuing education in matters of real property appraisal through the Appraisal Institute and other professional organizations to broaden her scope of knowledge and education and provide higher levels of service.
